WHY SHOULD I BUY MY TILE FROM BRENTO TILE?
Unlike other tile stores, we offer you the boutique experience and have one on one time with our representatives that would be able to assist you with your design . We want to make sure that the experience is as stress-free as possible.
PLACING AN ORDER
How do I calculate the Shipping Cost?
Simply add all your items into your Cart and proceed to the Checkout where you will be offered the shipping methods and its prices.
For shipping outside of the GTA an surrounding areas please contact us directly for freight forwarder rates.
How do I get my order faster?
If you would to make sure you have all your material in time for your project, contact us for Expedited Shipping.
Can I pick up my order at the showroom?
Of course, as you proceed to the Checkout you will be able to choose “Pick-Up”.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards.
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. We will contact you to arrange for a suitable delivery time.

What if I recieved damaged tiles?
Although we pack our orders the best that we can, there are rare occassions where some tiles may be broken. We will do what we can to ensure that you are satisfied. At times, those damaged pieces can be used for those small areas where the tile is going to have to be cut.
If you do feel that your damaged tile is unusable, please email us at info@brentotile.com immediately. Please include the following information
1.) The order number
2.) The number of damaged tiles and which style
3.) Pictures of the damages
4.) Any other information that may be helpful to fus.
Please keep the damaged material until everything has been completed as we may require the damaged piece for quality control purposes.
NOTE THAT ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE FOR A CREDIT

RETURNS
When can I expect my refund?
Refunds for returns are issued within 5 business days after the items have been received by our warehouse and inspected.
What is the Return Policy?
We are happy to accept returns within 60 days after you have received your tiles. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Alternatively, you can also return your products directly at our showroom.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 25% is applied to all returns and the customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping or you can bring your returned items into our showroom.
Note that we will not be able to issue a refund for any items returned broken. Please ensure that the return boxes are packaged well; tiles are extremely fragile.

Yes, we do offer full sized samples.
Because there is a minimum order required, please contact us directly for samples. If you enjoy your samples and wish to proceed with an order we will credit the sample back to your order as well as any shipping charges.

Installation is key when it comes to long-lasting tile. Proper preparation will ensure your tile lasts as long as it’s suppose to, which should be the lifetime of your home.
Proper care and maintenance are also key parts of extending the life of your tile – as how you prolong the life of your tile.
